If you felt as though you were in safe hands, don’t forget to speak to the dentist about becoming a patient at the practice. Regular check-ups are very important and will help you avoid needing us in the future!

As our appointment spaces are limited, we take a small £15 deposit to secure your booking online. This goes towards the cost of your treatment. This helps cover the cost of running our service, so we can continue to offer instant access to the appointment availability of our partner dentists.

To change your appointment

In order to change your appointment, you will need to cancel your appointment through the link in your confirmation email, then book your new appointment online. After you have booked your new appointment, please contact us and we will happily refund your second deposit.

To cancel your appointment

To cancel your appointment, you need to click the link in your confirmation email. Cancellations carried out more than 48 hours before your appointment are eligible for a refund.

If you accidentally missed your appointment, feel free to book another appointment here. Please note the £15 deposit is non-refundable and will be used to cover costs. You will therefore need to place another £15 deposit to secure a new appointment.
